The Mayor's Action Center is access to City Hall 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. When residents have questions or concerns, the Center provides a way to
submit information through the website that is automatically sent to
the appropriate staff person. A tracking number is issued for the resident
to follow the matter. Residents will be contacted when the question or
concern has been resolved
